District Master – Ronnie F. Caballero
I joined the Knights of Columbus on July 21, 2007, at Mother Council 3348 in Bacolod City, Visayas Jurisdiction, Philippines. Deeply committed to my Catholic faith, I also became an active member of the Ministry of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion under the Diocesan Commission on Liturgy of the Diocese of Bacolod, serving continuously since December 8, 2013, at St. Mary Church.
My leadership journey within the Order began when I served as Grand Knight of Mother Council 3348 during the 2013–2014 Columbian Year. In recognition of my leadership, I was appointed District Deputy for the 2014–2016 Columbian Years within the Visayas Jurisdiction of the Philippines.
I married Ma. Ramela Degala on September 8, 1997, and we are blessed with two sons, Rannie Ray and Ramel John, both proud members of the Knights of Columbus. I earned degrees in Police Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from West Negros University, and I also completed the Advanced Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program.
I migrated to Canada on August 4, 2015, and became an active member of St. Mary Council 13072 and St. Pedro Calungsod Assembly 3400. I was elected Council Treasurer for the 2017–2018 Columbian Year, then served as Faithful Captain from 2019 to 2021. During the challenging years of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020–2022), I served as Deputy Grand Knight, and later as Faithful Navigator from 2021 to 2023.
Since 2021, I have served as District Marshal of Simon Fraser Province, District 20. I was also elected Grand Knight for three consecutive Columbian Years: 2023–2024, 2024–2025, and 2025–2026. Additionally, I served as District Deputy during the 2022–2023 Columbian Year.
In recognition of my leadership and dedication, I was appointed to several key roles, including New Council Development (2023–2024, 2024–2025), State Ethnic Growth Coordinator, Regional Membership Director, and most recently, Star Council Coordinator.

2021 – Initiated a sponsored 8:00 AM Knights of Columbus Mass at St. Mary Church, with members serving as lectors, extraordinary ministers, ushers, and altar servers (ongoing since September 2021)
2021 – Initiated the Remembrance Day Flag Raising Ceremony (November 9), including prayers, wreath offering, and candle lighting
2022 – Faithful Navigator of the Year / Most Active Assembly, St. Pedro Calungsod Assembly, Simon Fraser Province, District 20
2023 – Ranked Top 10 recruiters in the entire Order, Ranked #3 overall
2023 – Faithful Navigator of the Year / Most Active Assembly; Star Assembly Award, Simon Fraser Province, District 20
2024 – Six-Star Council Award, Grand Knight of the Year, Sir Knight of the Year, Simon Fraser Province, District 20
2025 – Five-Star Council Award and Most Active Council for two consecutive years
