Did you know that ... The Secret to membership growth is VISIBILITY. Men will not join an invisible organization, they may not even join the Knights of Columbus. But they will join what they see if they like what they see. These simple statements, one posted each week in your Parish bulletin will help your council to educate the families within your parish and allow them to “see” more of the great works the Order and your council does to make this a better world. Seek your pastor’s permission to have these statements listed in your Parish Bulletin there are enough here to keep you going for several months. Don’t forget to intersperse these with other activities of note that your council is engaged in.

Did you know that …The Knights of Columbus was founded by a young, Catholic priest in 1882 in New Haven Connecticut; count nearly 2,000,000 men among their numbers in 17 different countries and continue to grow. Here in British Columbia and Yukon, Canada, we have over 12,400 members in 29 Districts overseeing 140 councils. Nearly every parish has its own council!
